Vitamins offer so many incredible benefits to our overall health. Even with a well balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle, there are key nutrients that could be improved…one being BIOTIN which is directly related to healthy HAIR, SKIN & NAILS.

According to WikapediaBiotin, also known as Vitamin H or Coenzyme R, is a water-soluble B-complex vitamin(vitamin B7) that is consumed from a wide range of food sources. (However there are few particularly rich sources.) Foods with a relatively high biotin content include raw egg yolk, liver, some vegetables,and peanuts. Thankfully it is made in a supplement form and can be taken simply with a meal and a glass of water. 😉 Biotin supplements are available in most pharmacies. Thicker,stronger hair and healthier nails can be seen within a few months. I have personally taken these bad boys and seen a definite difference in my hair and nail strength. It also assists in the metabolism of fats, carbohydrates and protein. It serves as a critical component of several enzymes and is involved in energy metabolism. The major benefit of biotin however, is its ability to strengthening hair and nails!

My advice is make sure it’s taken on a full stomach, and with a lot of water. Be patient, your hair wont grow over night but this will improve the overall health and condition of your locks if youre consistent!
