DIY Avo-honey mask

Winter weather reeking havoc on your skin? You’re not alone…me and my clients are all feeling the winter time dry out. Never fear tho beauties, I have an amazing, natural cure all. It aint pretty, but it’s so worth it.

Make your friends “green with envy” with this amazing DIY Avocado Honey Mask!

This is a recipe my Mom and I have applied for years. Its simple, easy and effective! (and I have it on my face as I type! wo who!)

Ingredients:

  • 1/4 avocado
  • 3 Tbsp Honey

Directions:

  • Mash avocado in a bowl. Make sure to make it as “un-clumpy” as possible.
  • Mix in Honey.
  • Apply to a clean, dry face.
  • Leave on for 15 minutes.
  • Rinse with warm water.

Benefits:

  • Avacado is rich in an oil that is similar to our skins creating an amazing moisturizing effect. It also helps minimize age spots, skin damage and scars by aiding in regeneration, rejuvenation and collagen production.
  • Honey aids in absorbing and retaining moisture.

Happy Facialing lovies!
